Job Responsibility

Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables effectively.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and implement mitigation strategies.

Oversee procurement processes for mechanical components, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including design calculations, specifications, and project reports.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates, fostering strong professional relationships.

Supervise installation and commissioning activities, ensuring systems operate effectively and meet performance criteria.

Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Train and mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing team and site safety.

Educational Requirements

Preferred Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical project engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
